•What are your office hours? Our office hours our variable; we generally accept appointments on Mondays starting at 7:30 am and close at 4 pm. Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm. We take our lunch at 1 pm so that we can accept appointments during your lunch hour.
Fridays we start at 7 am and close at 1 pm (we don't take a lunch on Fridays!). If you have an emergency please call us as soon as possible. Depending on your emergency and our schedule, we will accommodate you as best as we can. Please prepare to be flexible. If your emergency is after hours, please call our regular office number (510) 653-7012 for instructions.

•Do you charge for missed appointments? Yes, if we do not receive 48 hours notice. Of course we understand when emergencies arise. Chronic or habitual problems may result in termination from our practice. Cancellations need to be made by phone (510) 653-7012, or in person. We may not recognize cancellations by email.
