We enjoy working with families who are covered by dental insurance, and are totally committed to assisting our patients realize their maximum benefits. We will assist you in preparing the necessary forms for this important benefit. You are reminded that dental insurance is generally an agreement between you and the insurance company and not between the insurance company and this office. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage and you need to realize you will always be responsible for their total obligation should the insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Please be aware of your co-pay and deductibles as you will be asked to required to pay this at your initial visit.
