Hearthside Quilts has been in the business of providing top quality 100% cotton, PRE-CUT Quilt Kits for over 25 YEARS. Our experienced staff has had the opportunity of making many thousands of beautiful quilt kits in a rainbow of colors. Hearthside kits come COMPLETE with everything you need including die-cut top pieces, batting, backing, needle and thread plus easy-to-follow instructions. With OVER 200 designs to choose from, we know you'll find many kits that you just can't resist. Most of our quilt kits come in at least 4 different sizes (infant/wallhanging, twin, full and queen/king). Many designs also have matching pillow kits. These pillows are ideal starter kits for those quilters who aren't sure they want to tackle a larger project, and most designs can be completed in a single afternoon. Doll/Bassinet quilt kits (usually 22x30" finished) are also available for some designs, and these can be used as wallhangings for those with limited wall space.
Other small and easy projects include our placemat kits in 8 Point Star, 3 Rail Fence, Ohio Star, Ocean Waves, Windows of Heaven and Multi-color Patchwork designs. Each kit is $23.95 for a set of four placemats.
Our Ohio Star Christmas-color Potholder Kit is an especially great way to introduce children to the craft of quilting and let them make their own Christmas presents at the same time. This kit retails for $9.95 for a set of 3 potholders that are so easy and fast to sew together.
