ORDER PLACEMENT:When placing an order, please use our order form if available or a plain sheet is fine. Please print your name and complete address. Be sure to include your Zip Code and phone number. State the quantity, catalog number and price of the items being ordered. Include the color, sizes, and emblem necessary to complete the order. Be sure to include proper payment, postage, and sales tax (Illinois only). Minimum order accepted $7.00. Full payment must accompany all orders of $25.00 or less.
CUSTOM MERCHANDISE: Any order for custom merchandise requires a 50% deposit - balance wil be COD.
COD FEES: COD shipments will include the balance due on the merchandise, actual shipping and COD fees as charged by the carrier plus a $3.00 service fee for processing the COD shipment. To avoid COD fees, you may send full payment for the merchandise, plus shipping and handling fees from the quick chart provided on our order form. Any charges for special handling requested, such as overnight will be charged to the customer.
RETURN MERCHANDISE: Any merchandise returned for any reason must be accompanied with the packing list shipped with the merchandise, or the order number and date of order. A full explanation should be given for the return. Merchandise returned for exchange or refund is subject to a restocking charge of 10%. Custom merchandise can not be returned or exchanged. No returns after 30 days.

PRICE: It is our policy to offer our merchandise at the most competitive prices possible. We will try to maintain an accurate listing of our prices online and in our catalogs, but we reserve the right to change the prices without notice. If you place an order with us and the prices have changed, we will notify you before processing your payment.
DELIVERY: We strive to ship your orders with as short a leap time as possible. Stock merchandise in inventory is normally shipped within 1 week from reciept. Custom merchandise because it is made to order, will require additional time. Exactly how soon we can ship your custom merchandise varies on processes involved and seasonal demands.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Business accounts are allowed NET 30 terms when proper credit history is provided and order is placed with a purchase order.
