In-Depth Bible Study

This adult Sunday school class has discussions that will be wide-ranging and involve both personal reflection and outside reading. Anyone interested is welcome, whether on a regular or occasional basis. A goal of the group is to help individuals develop a firm understanding of the Scriptures that will hold up in the face of personal doubts, literalist assertions, and challenges from science and objective biblical research. Social Justice

9:30-10:30 a.m.
Room 202 N
Through guest speakers and other presentations facilitated by Chuck Marsh, this class will explore the many sides of current social issues, including environment, affordable housing, science education, and numerous other political/social challenges. The goal is to live out our Plymouth Covenant, to "seek to know the will of God" in order that as a church we may "walk in God's ways." This class will take the summer off and resume in September.
