What Are Automatic Writings??

The  best way to express my feelings to you, is that I  simply view this as the artistic process, which only happens when something or someone inspires me deeply...a person, a situation, music, a friend, my students, nature, the universe, beauty, art, the world, love...sorrow... pain,   suffering ... mine or that of others...

Its all about a moment in time....

I can share with you, that unfortunately this kind of thing really does not happen to me often enough. My professional life and its responsibilities take up so much of my creative juices , that the real flow, which I particularly need in order to be free enough to allow this to occur, is all too rare in my life....Not only mine, but everyone's, I imagine....

In those rare moments, when the "Muse" strikes, like in the writing you are about to read, I am completely free to express exactly what I feel..

I do not think about what I am writing, or what I want the outcome to be, I simply write....in a state of total openess....anything and everything that is in my soul gets put down on paper and nothing is edited or held back....in other words, what you are reading was written exactly the way it came,  without alteration or interference, no changes, not a word...

Nothing is planned, nothing is constructed, it is a pure and complete expression of my inner feelings at that moment...not tomorrow, not even five minutes from now..it simply exists in the NOW.

When I am finished...I simply stops...all by itself, just the way it started....its the same when I write music...total freedom to be, to do, to exist, to create......

When later I  read the writings, I will take particular phrases and with them create a poem ,  a song or a more elaborate piece of prose....but that is the secondary effect of something caused by pure  spiritual inspiration.

As far as I am concerned, this is what it's all about...being able to evolve into  this atmosphere of "simply being" ...allowing the universe to speak to you and through you...

You are the vessel and you are blessed for receiving the information. Listen to your own inner voice and it will speak a language that is perhaps foreign to your every day life, but ultimately it is that information you need to have in order to live a miraculous and  extraordinary existence.

I feel greatly blessed to have been chosen to be able to hear and to share this information.
