Job Description: Envision a Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular practice that offers you� Year 1 - $330,000 guaranteed salary plus production - $300 per case bonus (per surgeon) based on the departments volume - $15,000 per year Quality standards bonus per surgeon - $330,000 + ($300 x 200 cases) + $15,000 = $405,000 -> First Year Goal - Cases can be Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular or Endovascular Year 2 - $300,000 guarantee salary plus production - $400 per case bonus (per surgeon) based on the departments volume - $15,000 per year Quality standards bonus per surgeon - $300,000 + ($400 x 300 cases) + $15,000 = $435,000 -> Second Year Goal - Cases can be Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular or Endovascular Long Term Potential - $300,000 guarantee salary plus production - $400 per case bonus (per surgeon) based on the departments volume - $15,000 per year Quality standards bonus per surgeon - $300,000 + ($400 x 500 cases) + $15,000 = $515,000 Potential - Cases can be Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular or Endovascular General Info and Qualifications Needed to be considered - Potential for Administrative Directorship - No political challenges; current Surgeon is fully supportive - Thoracic Certification is a requirement / Vascular Certification is a plus - Must be a leader and interested in program development - Affiliate/share office space with a group of thirteen (13) Cardiologists - Comprehensive benefits package to include $3,000 per year for CME - To be considered you must be clinically exceptional (experienced) in mitrovalve replacement and repair, vascular, endovascular, thoracic, endoscopic vein, aortic dissection, and complicated, complex heart surgery
